We’re all Irish on St. Patrick’s day. Even Beyoncé.

So of course, when inquiring Irish journalist Amy O’Connor of the Daily Edge realized, “…that I didn’t know what any of our politicians thought of Beyoncé,” her only option was to ask all 158 TDs ** —and publish their full responses, along with pictures.   1. I have no Irish connections at all, so I have never really ‘got’ paddy’s Day. Shame we don’t make such a fuss about all the others too. Then we would have no end of celebrations!

    1. My family originate from all the corners of Britain, but mainly Irish (great grandparents). Oddly, it’s the biggest night of the year in Hong Kong apart from New Year. Paddy’s Night is more of an excuse for a get together. I really don’t understand the adding green vegetable dye to the drinks and food though, makes me quite queasy at the thought of all those bathrooms the next day of people who have ‘overdone it’ ewww.
