This is SUCH an important issue since *most* docs, shrinks & coaches are still clue-free about sleep TIMING disorders (not just N-24) — a large majority of strugglers have been MIS-dx’d with insomnia, narcolepsy, or “simple” apnea because those are better known. Can’t help what you don’t ID !!!
Been working on spreading the word for over 20 years now, so REALLY grateful for your help here.
