Even though I’m scurrying to finish everything I need to do to be able to announce Open Enrollment for the upcoming Group Coaching, I simply must take a bit of a break to let you know of something coming up in less than one week: N-24 Awareness Day.

This is SUCH an important issue since *most* docs, shrinks & coaches are still clue-free about sleep TIMING disorders (not just N-24) — a large majority of strugglers have been MIS-dx’d with insomnia, narcolepsy, or “simple” apnea because those are better known. Can’t help what you don’t ID !!!

    Been working on spreading the word for over 20 years now, so REALLY grateful for your help here.

    Tink’s article posts Wednesday at noon Eastern – and I hope to be able to include links to articles by some others from the N24 community by the time it does (or shortly thereafter).
